Refund policy

At Woah! Hydration, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.


1. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.


2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Unopened Products Only)

Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

However, due to hygiene and safety regulations for ingestible products:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Opened sachets, torn boxes, or broken seals cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
